Glass fiber factory Fuqiao October revenue 333 million yuan

Fiberglass Yarn and Fiberglass Cloth Factory Fuqiao Industry(1815-TW)recently announced that its revenue in October 2011 was 333 million yuan,an increase of about 0.99%over the previous month and 23.13%over 270 million yuan in October last year.The accumulated revenue from January to October in 2011 was 3.716 billion yuan,up 21.86%from 3.049 billion yuan in the same period last year;meanwhile,Fuqiao is also optimistic about the demand for spun yarn and thin cloth due to the rise of Ultrabook.

As the demand for industrial glass fiber yarn in Europe and the United States is still growing steadily,Fuqiao pointed out that the proportion of Fuqiao's industrial glass fiber yarn shipments has reached 60%,which reduces the impact of the electronics industry boom cycle and provides stable support for Fuqiao's revenue and profits.

For the fourth quarter of 2011,PC and panel market demand continued to weaken,Fuqiao maintained a conservative view of the electronics industry,and continued to warn of the market boom.However,the current copper price has shown signs of stopping falling,the inventory of downstream manufacturers has reached a low level after the adjustment in the previous quarter,and the Lunar New Year in mainland China is approaching,so there is an opportunity to bring a wave of stock demand,which will help stabilize prices.Fuqiao will also build up the inventory of glass fiber yarn to meet market demand.

In addition,with the new specifications of notebook computers,Ultrabooks,smart phones and tablet computers,the introduction of new models and the trend of price reduction will stimulate the buying of channel products and further enhance the growth of demand for glass fiber thin cloth and spun yarn.Fuqiao will continue to adjust its product strategy.
