According to the work needs,our company needs to purchase annual finished product transportation and local transshipment transportation services,and now we plan to select the best logistics party by means of independent public bidding.The specific requirements are detailed in the public bidding documents.Bidders are expected to prepare carefully and actively participate in the bidding according to the requirements.

I.Project Name:Procurement of Finished Product Transportation and Local Transshipment Service Project of Sichuan Fiberglass Group Co.,Ltd.

II.Qualifications of the Bidder

(1)The bidder must be a logistics enterprise;have the direct compensation capability in case of losses caused by accidents;have the financial and technical capabilities required for the performance of the contract and a good record of performing the contract;and have a good record of paying taxes in accordance with the law.(Stated in the Letter of Commitment to Bid)

(2)Agree to accept the condition that the payment method of the tenderee is 30 days for monthly settlement(see the description for details),and agree that the tenderee shall pay the freight by bank acceptance bill;(state in the letter of commitment for bidding)

Explanation on 30 days of monthly settlement:the successful bidder shall submit the transportation record of the current month on the last day of each month,and the tenderee shall complete the review within 3 working days.If both parties have no objection,the transportation invoice shall be issued and the corresponding freight receipt shall be attached.From the date when the tenderee receives the invoice and the freight receipt,it shall be settled before the end of the month after 30 days.

The dispatched vehicles shall meet the requirements of the local government at the place of loading and unloading and the loading and unloading unit(including the requirements for access to the driving route,not lower than the national five emission requirements,etc.);meet the requirements of the loading and unloading unit for road driving in the plant area and the requirements for handling operations(for example,the high fence can be completely dismantled,etc.);(stated in the letter of commitment to bid)

Be able to accurately provide customers with in-transit cargo tracking and inquiry services,and have safe,reasonable and appropriate cargo protection programs and measures.(Provide a written cargo transportation progress inquiry plan and cargo protection plan,explain what protective measures are available after loading(if tarpaulin is covered,it is also necessary to explain how to avoid direct trampling on the cargo and how to ensure the personal safety of drivers and passengers within the scope of our company),and what inspection and countermeasures are available during transportation)

(5)Consortium bidding is not accepted in this tender.

III.Acquisition of Bidding Documents

(I)Time of acquisition:The time of acquisition of bidding documents is the same as the time of registration.

(II)Acquisition method:The tenderee shall send the tender documents to the mailbox for application if the qualification examination is qualified;if the examination is unqualified,the tenderee shall not send the tender documents,and no special notice shall be given.This is the only way to obtain the bidding documents.

IV.Submission of Bidding Documents and Bidding Time

(II)The bidding time is 9:00 on June 20,2023,and the venue is Conference Room 103 of the office building of Sichuan Fiberglass Group Co.,Ltd.

(3)The tenderee shall not accept the tender documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place.

V.Requirements for responsive documents:

1.Paper response documents:uniformly printed on A4 paper,stamped with official seal,bound into a volume(with catalogue),one volume of original and one volume of duplicate,sealed,marked with"original"and"duplicate",and sealed with a seal on the seam.(Note:Each package must be bound separately)

2.Response document in the form of data message:the bid document shall be provided with U disk after encryption.(Packaged with paper response file)

3.The above two response documents shall be provided simultaneously.
