Sichuan Fiberglass Group Co.,Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser)intends to conduct open and competitive consultation on the enterprise property comprehensive insurance and earthquake additional insurance projects due to work needs,and hereby announces the relevant matters as follows:

1．Project No.:ZB-CWB2023005

2．Project Name:Comprehensive Insurance of Enterprise Property and Additional Insurance of Earthquake

3．Project Content:See Appendix 1 for details of the subject matter of insurance.

4．Supplier Qualification Requirements

4.1 This negotiation requires the supplier to have the qualification of undertaking enterprise property insurance,comprehensive solvency adequacy rate and the ability to undertake this project;

4.2 The Supplier is a national insurance company;

4.3 Do not accept consortium participation;

4.4 Performance:provide the underwriting performance of at least three completed property insurance subject matters of more than 100 million yuan,and be able to provide relevant supporting documents(such as contract,bid-winning(selection)notice/transaction notice,and the performance time shall be subject to the time of contract signing).

5.Acquisition of competitive consultation documents

5.1 All units interested in participating in this competitive consultation shall,from 8:00:00 on May 13,2023 to 17:30:00 on May 15,2023(Beijing time,the same below),affix the official seal on the registration information form for voluntary participation in this consultation(see Annex 2 for details)and email it to us(contact person:Ms.Tang,Tel:0838-3121481-482,Email:2425726812 qq.com).Failure to send the consultation registration information form by email on time or by email after the deadline will be regarded as abandonment.

5.2 Obtaining method of competitive negotiation documents:the purchaser shall send the competitive negotiation documents to the registered email address immediately after passing the examination;if the purchaser fails to pass the examination,the purchaser shall not send the competitive negotiation documents,and has the right to choose to reply or not to reply to the email notification.The time to obtain the competitive consultation document is the same as the registration time,which is the only way to obtain the competitive consultation document.

6．Competitive negotiation control price and transaction method

6.1 The control price of this competitive negotiation is:261000 RMB yuan(in words:two hundred and sixty-one thousand yuan only).

6.2 The comprehensive scoring method shall be adopted,and the supplier with the highest comprehensive score shall be the bidder.

7．Submission of competitive negotiation documents and competitive negotiation time

7.1 Deadline for submission of consultation response documents:May 19,2023,9:00:00,at meeting room 104 of the office building of Sichuan Fiberglass Group Co.,Ltd.Representatives of the consultation units are requested to come to the site on time for consultation.If the negotiation representative is not the legal person of the unit,the power of attorney of the legal representative of the negotiation unit/the person in charge of the branch shall be provided.

7.2 The time of this competitive negotiation is 9:00:00 on May 19,2023.

7.3 The negotiation response documents delivered late or not delivered to the designated place shall not be accepted by the purchaser.

8．Confidentiality:The parties involved in the consultation shall keep confidential the relevant matters involved in this competitive consultation document,and the violators shall bear legal liabilities such as contracting negligence.

9．Copies of responsive documents:one original and one copy.
