Yang Wanjia,secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the company,introduced the current production,operation and development of our company to the leaders of the provincial Federation of trade unions.Since the beginning of this year,the company's production has been basically stable,but due to the continued downturn in the market,the decline in product prices has accelerated,causing a large loss to the enterprise.At the same time,the company invested in a new pool kiln wire drawing project this year,which is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and the company's production and operation are more difficult.Yang Wanjia said that this year,the company's product production increased by 10%compared with last year,but sales revenue fell by 10%.In the case of more and more losses,the company still insists on normal production,the purpose is to take up social responsibility and protect the basic income of employees.Difficulties are only temporary,we believe that as long as we continue to persist,unity and cooperation,the company will be able to lead the staff out of the dilemma as soon as possible.
