Composite materials factory is a subsidiary company of the group company,with independent legal personality,independent management,profit and loss responsibility.The main production of copper clad plate,glass fiber cloth laminate,glass steel,fixing agent and some external processing products.The composite material factory has 30 employees,including 3 retired employees and 8 workers,with an average age of 43.

Composite materials factory insulation board mainly includes phenolic resin 3240 board,epoxy resin 3247 board and F class 3248 board.The basic process of production is resin mixing reaction-glue on glass fiber cloth-pressing molding.Involving more chemical raw materials,including easy to produce chemicals acetone and toluene,gas,dust,the whole product molding process is completed under high temperature and pressure,the risk factor is high,it can be said that the environment is very difficult and tired.In recent years,after the painstaking work and unity of the compound people,we finally made a big step in the adjustment of product structure and institutional construction,and now our internal management is standardized and streamlined;The product structure tends to transition to medium and high-end products with higher added value,and economic growth is no longer simple and extensive.

From January to August this year,production and operation are generally more difficult,mainly due to the downturn in the global economic environment,and the entire sales and funds have fallen into a passive position,followed by the breakthrough of high-tech products hindered by existing equipment and technology,and progress is relatively difficult.Even so,through the joint efforts of all 30 employees,we still achieved a lot of results.As of the end of August,the total output value of 4463918.4 yuan,down 20.5%compared with the same period last year,sales revenue(tax deduction)3924526.41 yuan,down 13.3%compared with the same period last year,as of the end of July,the profit of 6788 yuan,a loss of 199,000 yuan in the same period last year.This year,the entire market environment is weak,so we have made great efforts in technical reform,and strive to open gaps in the process and quality of products.In terms of color fixing agent,with the guidance and help of relevant personnel of the technical department,through the joint efforts of our process and quality personnel and resin reaction team members,we have made a bold attempt on the process of color fixing agent,adopted a new formula,and made great progress in color,solid content and viscosity,which has been affirmed by the group company.After long-term experiment and practice,it has been basically formed now.In the glass fiber reinforced plastic,spent a lot of human and material resources and financial resources,in the design,mold,trial production,process adjustment,post-processing are in accordance with the new concept of exploration and practice,through everyone's tireless efforts,as of the end of August to achieve a total of 583,400 glass fiber reinforced plastic output value,in April to achieve last year's annual output value.

August is the hottest month this year,but every year in this month we have an important plan that is to stop production maintenance,this year is no exception,under the leadership of the production dispatcher Yang Xiaobing and technical consultant Wang Huiguo comrade,our staff under the hot sun,constantly shuttle in the resin reaction area,soaking room and 300T press aisle,His clothes were wet on his chest and back,and beads of sweat were falling drop by drop on his forehead.The percussion of various tools and the resonant sound of the rumbling motor form a very spectacular labor picture of Yifu.Here I thank them from the bottom of my heart,brothers,you have worked hard!
