Forty-two years have passed. The passionate youth at the time is no longer youthful, with white temples and stumbling steps. The most magnificent youth in life is dedicated to Sichuan Fiberglass! The century-old Sichuan fiber has been passed down. Since the 1980s and 1990s, the first generation of Sichuan fiber people have switched to shifts and left their jobs to maintain their lives. Among them, one hundred and forty fifty old comrades who lived in Shanghai returned to their hometowns and settled in Shanghai with their meager salary when they retired in Sichuan. With meager salaries, soaring prices, and old age and sickness, most of them live in hardship. Despite this, they still remember the hot years of starting a business in Sichuan Fiberglass, and they always pay attention to the company's development prospects. Because: their roots stayed in Sichuan Fiberglass.

A few years ago, several enthusiastic old comrades creatively initiated the annual gathering of retired employees of Sichuan Fiberglass Shanghai. Every year on May 2nd, he spontaneously organizes a cup of tea in Fuxing Park to narrate the entrepreneurial friendship of Sichuan Fiberglass, pay attention to the latest development of the company, and exchange colorful retirement life. Among them, there are old Shanghai comrades who retired in Sichuan Fiberglass, and dozens of old Shanghai comrades who have been transferred after working in Sichuan Fiberglass. From dozens of people at the beginning, hundreds of people to more than 100 people now, gathering every year, the wind and rain remain unchanged, the affection is harmonious, and the excitement is extraordinary! The situation and its environment are deeply moving!

On May 2 this year, Party Secretary, Chairman and General Manager Yang Wanjia, together with Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Deputy General Manager Chen Shien, Liyou Office Chen Liyou, Zhang Ping, Zhang Hongjin, and sales company He Hongyu, made a special trip to Shanghai to visit and visit and explore The cultural root of the century-old Sichuan fiber.

At about 2 o'clock in the afternoon, most of the Chuanxian people who had been stumbling, spent one or two or three hours, rushing around, from all directions of Shanghai to Fuxing Park. I haven't seen each other for ten or twenty years, and seeing the relatives of the company who came from thousands of miles away again, I am very excited: hug, shake hands, greet, take photos, and be very busy. There are always endless words, endless stories, endless greetings, endless group photos...you can feel the cohesion of Sichuan Fiberglass by being in it! Looking around, I actually saw a few old comrades who were specially dressed in red and blue factory uniforms from the 1980s and 1990s, seeing things and thinking about things, and they were particularly impressed. At six o'clock, the company leaders invited retired employees to dinner. More than 190 family members, including Wang Hanqing, Liang Gendi, Yin Changfu, Yao Guozhu, the old leaders of the company in Shanghai, gathered together to share their friendship after goodbye, and the lively atmosphere was beyond words. Entrusted by Mr. Yang, the in-charge leader Comrade Chen Shien reported to the old comrades in Shanghai on the company’s development on behalf of the company. From the continuous growth of the company’s sales revenue, employee income, and profit in recent years to the nearly complete completion of post-disaster reconstruction, from the rapid development of special fiber projects to The grand blueprint for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. During this trip, I also made a special trip to visit Comrade Dong Shouren, who is 86 years old and has limited mobility (in a wheelchair). Hearing that the company leaders were going to attend this year's party, Mr. Dong was very excited. He asked his children to use a wheelchair to push him to the party. Considering his inconvenience, Mr. Yang decided to visit him personally.

Dong Lao is the veteran of the company's financial work, the designer and founder of the company's financial system. Before liberation, he worked in a capitalist company, engaged in financial work, and accumulated rich financial experience. Later, he participated in the recruitment of Shanghai Yaohua and stood out from more than 6000 applicants (only more than ten), and engaged in financial work at Yaohua. Served as the principal of a technical school. When preparing to build Sichuan Fiberglass in 1968, as one of the first batch of veterans, he dragged his family to Sichuan. At the time of the Cultural Revolution, the fighting was fierce, and the construction funds under its management were in danger of being snatched from time to time. In one of the most dangerous large-scale searches, he just buried the construction funds under his chair and sat still. His own money was robbed and the construction funds were kept intact. In the early 1990s, after retiring for many years, he gladly accepted the company's re-employment as a financial consultant to continue to help the company straighten out its financial system. In November 1993, when he was 66 years old, he submitted an application to the party organization in order to fulfill the unfulfilled wishes of his life. With his high morale and unchanging ethics, he finally became a member of the Communist Party of China after retiring and realized his nobleness. The pursuit! After returning to Shanghai, as a retired party member who was frail and sick, living in a wheelchair, he still insisted on studying major policies and writing ideological reports for years, and he is also a role model for true communists! After the "5.12" earthquake occurred, Mr. Dong immediately donated 1,000 yuan from his meager retirement salary to the company's earthquake relief after learning about the company's disaster. This was the first "special party dues" received by the company. Driven by him, the company's 401 party members, probationary party members and party activists paid 189,000 yuan in "special party fees" for earthquake relief and disaster relief, and the heart of a child became a sea of ​​love.
