Product Features
DECJ0907 board is a plate-like laminate product made of F-class anti-leakage tracking epoxy resin as the base material, coupling agent-treated alkali-free glass fiber cloth as the reinforcing material, and hot-pressed. It has better performance under the F-class temperature. High mechanical retention strength and excellent dielectric properties in humid environments. In particular, the tracking index is high (PTI≥500V), and the product has passed the inspection of the Electrical Material Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center of the Machinery Industry.
Product Usage
DECJ0907 epoxy glass fiber cloth laminate is suitable for high-quality insulating structural parts in large generator sets, motors, and electrical equipment under F-level conditions, and has excellent electrical properties especially in humid environments and transformer oil.
Product specifications and physical properties
1. Nominal thickness and tolerance: 0.2, 0.3 ± 0.07mm; 55.0, 60.0 ± 2.5mm; 70.0, 80.0 ± 2.8mm; 0.5 ~ 50.0mm thickness of each specification are implemented in accordance with GB/T1303.1-1998.
2. Nominal area: 2000±020mm×1000±020mm.
