Product Features
3240 board is a plate-like laminate product made of phenolic epoxy resin as the matrix material, alkali-free glass fiber cloth as the reinforcing material, and hot-pressed. It has high mechanical, dielectric properties and chemical corrosion resistance. The products have passed the inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Mechanical Industry Electrical Materials Products, and all indicators are better than the requirements of GB/T1303.1-1998.
Product Usage
3240 Phenolic epoxy glass fiber cloth laminate is suitable for insulating structural parts in motors and electrical equipment, and can be used in humid environments and transformer oil.
Product specifications and physical properties
1. Nominal thickness and tolerance: 0.2, 0.3 ± 0.07mm; 55.0, 60.0 ± 2.5mm; 70.0, 80.0 ± 2.8mm; 0.5 ~ 50.0mm thickness of each specification are implemented in accordance with GB/T1303.1-1998.
2. Nominal area: 2000±020mm×1000±020mm.
