3248 board is a plate-like laminate product made of F-grade epoxy resin as the base material, coupling agent-treated alkali-free glass fiber cloth as the reinforcing material, and hot-pressed. It has high mechanical retention under the F-grade temperature condition. Strength, excellent dielectric properties in humid environments. The products have passed the inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Mechanical Industry Electrical Materials Products.
Product Usage
3248 epoxy glass fiber cloth laminate is suitable for high-quality insulating structural parts in large generator sets, motors, and electrical equipment under F-level conditions, and has excellent electrical properties especially in humid environments and transformer oil.
Product specifications and physical properties
1. Nominal thickness and tolerance: 0.2, 0.3 ± 0.07mm; 55.0, 60.0 ± 2.5mm; 70.0, 80.0 ± 2.8mm; 0.5 ~ 50.0mm thickness of each specification are implemented in accordance with GB/T1303.1-1998.
2. Nominal area: 2000±020mm×1000±020mm.
