Product Features
3247 board is a plate-like laminate product made of F-grade resin as the matrix material, coupling agent-treated alkali-free glass fiber cloth as the reinforcing material, and hot-pressed. It has high mechanical retention strength under the F-grade temperature condition. It has excellent dielectric properties in humid environments. The products have passed the inspection of the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Mechanical Industry Electrical Materials Products.
Product Usage
3247 high-strength glass fiber cloth laminate is suitable for insulating structural parts in large generator sets, motors, and electrical equipment under F-level conditions, and can be used in humid environments and transformer oil.
Product specifications and physical properties
1. Nominal thickness and tolerance: 0.25 ± 0.07mm; 55.0, 60.0 ± 2.5mm; 70.0, 80.0 ± 2.8mm; 0.5 ~ 50.0mm thickness of each specification are implemented in accordance with GB/T1303.1-1998.
2. Nominal area: 2000±020mm×1000±020mm.
