Development process from 1970 to 2015
1970
In March, the basic construction of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was fully launched.
From May 7th to 9th, Minister Lai Jifa of the Ministry of Building Materials Industry of the People's Republic of China, accompanied by Comrade Sun Mingshan, the leader of the Building Materials Group of the Sichuan Provincial Construction Commission, personally visited the construction site of our factory to inspect and guide work.
In May, the Revolutionary Committee of the Preparatory Office sent personnel to Shanghai Yaohua Glass Factory (Dongfanghong Glass Factory) to implement internal production backbone, arrange training for new workers, and recruit workers. According to statistics, from 1970 to 1971, there were nearly 200 employees in the branch (excluding more than 50 employees in the branch from 1966 to 1969), making our crucible, wire drawing, merging, weaving, machine repair, power, surface treatment and other types of work basically complete. At the same time, 350 production technical backbones were trained in Shanghai and Xingping, Shaanxi.
In August, the first crucible in our factory was successfully trial produced in the raw wire warehouse (now the inspection and assembly workshop).
In September, the first batch of 49 young workers entered our factory.
In October, our factory's three workshops of wire drawing, merging, and weaving were officially put into operation.
The newly built kindergarten has been delivered for use, with 3 preschool caregivers and 8 enrolled children.
On December 8th, the Sichuan Provincial Revolutionary Committee approved the addition of Duan Ruzhi (military representative) as the first director of the Revolutionary Committee of the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Preparation Office, and Comrade Tian Shouzhong, Pu Jianqiang, Fang Gongxing (all three military representatives), Zhu Hanmin, Wang Hanqing, and Hu Changrong as members of the Revolutionary Committee of the Preparation Office. On the same day, the core group of the Sichuan Provincial Revolutionary Committee approved the establishment of a core group consisting of seven comrades: Duan Ruzhi, Dai Linshan, Tian Shouzhong, Pu Jianqiang, Fang Gongxing, Zhao Yuanli, and Wang Hongzhong. Comrade Duan Ruzhi serves as the team leader, while Comrade Dai Linshan and Tian Shouzhong serve as the deputy team leaders.
1971
Our factory's glass fiber production has been included in the national plan.
From July 17 to 19, the first congress of the CPC (CPC) Sichuan Fiberglass Factory was held. 155 party representatives attended the congress. The first committee of the CPC Sichuan Fiberglass Factory was elected at the congress, with Duan Ruzhi as the secretary and Dai Linshan and Tian Shouzhong as the deputy scribes.
On December 15th, with the approval of Document No. 185 of Chuan Ge Fa (71), the Revolutionary Committee of the Preparation Office of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was renamed as the Revolutionary Committee of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory. The Revolutionary Committee is composed of members of the Revolutionary Committee of the former Preparatory Office.
1972
On April 27th, the trial production of EW25-90 fiberglass mica cloth was successful.
By the end of the year, the total number of employees in our factory had reached 1806.
1973
In June, the first representative conference of the trade union of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was held. The meeting elected the first committee of the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Trade Union, with Comrade Hu Changrong serving as the deputy director.
During the year, with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial Building Materials Bureau and the registration of the Deyang County Health Bureau, our comprehensive health station was officially named as the "Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Employee Hospital".
1974
On July 26th, the Building Materials Industry Bureau of the National Construction Commission (74) decided in Document No. 287 of Building Materials Comprehensive Zi that from June 1, 1974, our factory will be transferred to the Sichuan Provincial Building Materials Industry Bureau, and the factory name will also be changed from "Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory" to "Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory".
1976
All employees in the factory strive to overcome the difficulties caused by the earthquake in production and stick to their work positions. Throughout the year, the total industrial output value was 7.9743 million yuan, with a tax profit of 1.044 million yuan and a profit of 53000 yuan paid in.
1977
In February, the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Reform Commission awarded our factory the title of "Daqing Advanced Enterprise in Industrial Learning".
In May, an exhibition was held in the conference room on the second floor of the factory office building to showcase defective products such as wire drawing, drawing, and weaving, enhancing the quality awareness of employees.
1978
In September, the entire factory launched its first quality month activity. In the national product quality evaluation of the same industry, 160/2 commercial yarn ranked third in the country, 45/2 commercial yarn ranked first in the country, and latex fabric ranked sixth in the country.
1979
Approved by Document No. 63 of Chuan Ge Han (79), the Glass Fiber Branch of Sichuan Construction Materials Industry Technical School has been officially established in our factory. The major offered is fiberglass technology.
In January, Comrade Wang Hongzhong was appointed as the factory director.
In April, the Second Representative Conference of the Communist Youth League Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was held. The second committee of the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory of the Communist Youth League was elected, with Comrade Shen Jiping serving as the secretary.
On April 25th, the Second Representative Conference of the Trade Union of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was held. The meeting elected the second committee of the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Trade Union, with Comrade Li Rongjing serving as the chairman and Comrade Li Yu as the vice chairman.
In July, it was the first time that a TV junior college class was held. Set up a major in electronics. In the future, five TV vocational classes were successively established, including Mechanical Engineering, Chinese Language and Literature, Party and Government, and Enterprise Management, as well as two TV vocational classes, Industrial Enterprise Management and Mechanical Manufacturing Technology.
In October, the four shifts and three operations work system will be piloted in the wire drawing workshop. In the future, it will be gradually promoted in the three shift production workshop.
On December 27th, the first employee representative conference of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was held. Three specialized committees were elected for economic supervision, living welfare, and employee education and training at the Workers' Congress.
1980
On September 4th, asphalt fiberglass board passed the provincial bureau appraisal and was awarded the Excellent New Product Golden Dragon Award by the National Economic Commission in 1984.
In October, the first female worker clinic was built and delivered for use in the retreat workshop.
On October 26th, the trial production of fiberglass filter cloth was successful, and it was awarded the Excellent New Product Golden Dragon Award by the National Economic Commission in 1984.
1982
Build a glass fiber cloth post-treatment dewaxing furnace.
The fiberglass products produced by our factory have entered the international market for the first time.
1984
In August, our factory's labor service company was officially established.
1985
In March, the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Luojiang Branch jointly established by our factory and Luojiang Town was officially put into operation.
In October, 12 new wire drawing units were expanded, adopting the new flat left drawing process.
EWB-520 glass fiber filter cloth and EW100B-105 alkali free glass fiber cloth have been awarded the title of high-quality product in Sichuan Province. EWB-520 filter cloth, EC5.5-6 × 2S120 commercial yarn and EW100B-105 post-treatment glass fiber cloth won the title of excellent product in Deyang City.
1986
On February 8th, the natural gas project was completed and put into use.
On February 17th, our factory's closed circuit television began to operate.
On November 10th, the factory director responsibility system was implemented.
1987
In May, a new copper clad plate production line will be built. On February 23, 1988, the trial produced copper clad plate passed the provincial appraisal. EW90 alkali free glass fiber cloth and ET100 alkali free glass fiber belt won the title of Deyang Excellent Product.
1988
In January, our factory officially joined forces with Yuying Fiberglass Factory, which was renamed as "Sichuan Province Fiberglass Factory Yuying Branch". In September, the trial production of ER-120 untwisted fiberglass roving was successful.
Awarded the title of National Building Materials Industry Civilized Production Second Class Enterprise by the National Building Materials Administration.
1989
In December, it won the title of National Metrology Class II Enterprise and Deyang Excellent Enterprise in Equipment Management.
Won the title of exemplary organization of Equipment Management of the National Building Materials Bureau.
1990
The team leader of the workers' congress and the factory management committee discussed and agreed to build a 5000 ton tank kiln wire drawing project.
1991
From July 24th to 25th, leaders and experts from departments such as the National Planning Commission, the National Building Materials Bureau, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, and the National Raw Materials Investment Corporation came to the factory to provide consultation and guidance on the 5800 ton tank kiln wire drawing project. They also participated in the factory's A631 positive return machine, A631 steel ring plate self falling device, and ER120 raw wire drying furnace achievement appraisal meeting.
The "Four Seas Brand" 4514B fiberglass coated window screen has been awarded the title of "Sichuan Province High Quality Product" by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
1992
In May, the high-speed weaving machine was successfully tested.
There are over 1000 employees in the entire factory who purchase houses at preferential prices, and the reform of the housing system has entered a substantive stage.
1993
24 new wire drawing production lines have been put into operation, with 24 new crucibles and 8 new twisting machines. Transform the ball washing system and automatic ball adding system.
In June, it was awarded the title of "Top 500 Industrial Enterprises with the Largest Market Share in Sichuan Province" and "Top 500 Best Economic Benefit Industrial Enterprises in Sichuan Province".
At the end of the year, a life service street was built, forming a service network for the lives of employees' families.
1994
The "Four Seas Brand" EW30-90 alkali free fiberglass fabric was awarded the "94 Sichuan Famous, Excellent, and Special New Product Expo Silver Award Product" by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
In August, it was awarded the title of "Advanced Enterprise in Quality Work" by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
1995
In November, the newly built 2 # stewing furnace project was completed and entered trial production.
In December, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government awarded the title of "Sichuan Famous Brand Product" to the "Four Seas Brand" EW100B alkali free fiberglass fabric.
In the evaluation of Sichuan building materials industry enterprises in 1995, it was awarded the title of "Top 50 with the largest scale and largest market share".
On December 5, EW200-127 wide copper clad laminate substrate was successfully developed, and 60 56 ″ Loom were installed in the weaving workshop.
1996
The renovation project of the outpatient department of the staff hospital has been completed and accepted, and has been put into use.
The "Four Seas Brand" alkali free glass fiber cloth has been awarded the title of "Sichuan Famous Brand Product" by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
The production expansion project of 48 56 ″ Loom in the weaving workshop was completed.
1997
It was awarded the title of "Civilized Unit of Deyang in 1997" by the CPC Deyang Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Deyang.
1998
With the approval of the People's Government of Deyang City for restructuring, the production and operating assets of Sichuan Fiberglass Factory were stripped off to form "Sichuan Fiberglass Co., Ltd.". The company is funded by Sichuan Fiberglass Factory, Sichuan Fiberglass Factory Industrial Development Corporation, Chengdu Southwest Glass Factory, and Deyang Fiberglass Shareholding Federation.
On May 20th, a signing ceremony was held to purchase the property rights of Luojiang Town, a branch of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory, with our factory operating independently.
In July, after the restructuring of the enterprise, employees purchased over 23 million shares of the company's equity twice (in January and July respectively).
The expansion project of 30 weaving machines and warping equipment in Weaving Workshop 1 has been completed.
In September, 5 residential buildings with a total of 238 units were constructed through full employee fundraising.
On September 1, Deyang Fiberglass Shareholding Association was established. According to the Company Law and the Articles of Association of Deyang Fiberglass Shareholding Association, the Articles of Association of Deyang Fiberglass Shareholding Association was formulated, and the first council member was elected, with Mr. Fang Jinde as the chairman.
On September 9th, Sichuan Fiberglass Co., Ltd. held its first shareholders' meeting and elected the first board of directors. Comrade Fang Jinde was appointed as the Chairman of the first Board of Directors, and Comrade Yang Wanjia was appointed as the Vice Chairman and General Manager.
On September 16th, Sichuan Fiberglass Co., Ltd. was officially established.
Awarded the titles of "Top 300 Sichuan Industrial Enterprises with Best Operating Performance", "Top 20 Sichuan Non metallic Mineral Products Industrial Enterprises with Largest Scale", "Top 200 Sichuan Non metallic Mineral Products Industrial Enterprises with Largest Market Share", and "Top 500 Sichuan Industrial Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength".
1999
On February 8th, in order to maintain the stability of product quality, improve product market competitiveness, and seek long-term stable development of our factory, we decided to carry out ISO9000 quality system certification. To ensure the normal and orderly progress of certification work, a leading group and an office for standardization have been established, with Comrade Yang Wanjia as the team leader and Comrade Yang Mingxiong as the director of the standardization office.
On June 2nd, the quality policy press conference of Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory was held at the Lighting Stadium, confirming the quality policy of "leading quality, customer first, seeking innovation in technology, and promoting reputation in the world". In December, it was awarded the "ISO9002 Quality System Certification" by the Three Gorges Quality Assurance Center.
The old unit in the wire drawing workshop underwent centralized control transformation of the leakage plate constant temperature.
Developed new products such as EW200-127A rapier loom fabric, EC24tex large roll packaged series commercial yarn, CC28tex series untwisted roving, etc.
2000
The annual production of 20 million meters of wide width thermal purification copper foil substrate technology renovation project has been included in the national key technology renovation "double high and one excellent" project guidance plan.
The 10000 ton tank kiln wire drawing project is listed as one of the 20 key industrial projects in the western development of Sichuan Province.
On March 28th, the board of directors of Sichuan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. voted to approve the establishment of "Sichuan Tianyi Optical Materials Co., Ltd.".
From 1991 to April 2000, five more employees of our factory were awarded the National Building Materials Bureau, provincial and municipal model worker respectively, and one employee was awarded the National May Day Labor Medal.
On April 18th, Sichuan Tianyi Optical Materials Co., Ltd. broke ground and started construction.
On August 4th, the first production line of high gloss glass by Sichuan Tianyi Optical Materials Co., Ltd. was officially put into production.
On August 21st, the second production line of Sichuan Tianyi Optical Materials Co., Ltd. (with an annual output of 1000 tons of K9 optical glass) was put into production.
2001
In July, the Sichuan Glass Fiber Factory Staff Hospital was divested and the Second People's Hospital of Luojiang County was established.
2022
In May, the first workshop of new materials was put into operation.
In December, Chuanxian Children's School was officially handed over to the People's Government of Luojiang County.
2003
In June, the employee kindergarten successfully adopted the reform of competitive contracting.
2004
In May, Sichuan Tianlong Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. and Deyang Tianfu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. were established.
In July, the employee cafeteria was stripped and the competitive recruitment system was completed, activating a new contracting method.
2005
In May, the second workshop of new materials was put into operation.
In May, the post efficiency salary system was implemented.
In November, the first phase of the Sino foreign joint venture electronic grade fiberglass material 2116 project began construction.
2006
On April 29th, Sichuan Tianquan Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., a Sino foreign joint venture, was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, of which Sichuan Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. holds 45% of the shares. The company mainly produces 2116 advanced electronic grade glass fiber cloth for multi-layer circuit boards.
The newly built Qinyuan Building project has been completed and delivered for use.
2007
The third class cafeteria implements a one card meal sales system.

2008
Establish a financial settlement center in February.
In March, the construction of the Kaijiang Garden project for the construction of a new employee housing began. After the May 12 Wenchuan earthquake, the project was suspended. In December, it was fully resumed after passing the inspection by a professional organization.
In March, an operating company was established to implement the unified sales model of collectivization and establish the Commodity procurement approval system for subsidiaries.
