Recently,Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenyang Zhongheng Composite Material Co.,Ltd.,a high-tech enterprise invested by Hengtian Group,a central enterprise,to jointly invest in the establishment of Shanghai Shenghua Carbon Fiber Cable Co.,Ltd.Zhao Xiangdong,Vice President of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association,Zhang Shengfei,Chairman of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group,Huang Guofei,Leader of Overhead Conductor Discipline of Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Electrical Materials and Special Cables in Machinery Industry,and relevant material experts from China Aviation Industry and Aerospace Industry attended the signing ceremony.

Shanghai Shenghua Carbon Fiber Cable Co.,Ltd.is a subsidiary company invested and controlled by Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group,which is a Chinese manufacturing enterprise,a Chinese private enterprise,one of the top 500 mechanical enterprises in China and one of the top three enterprises in China's cable industry.The factory is located in Nanhui Industrial Park,Shanghai Jinqiao Development Zone,a national development zone.The company covers an area of 120 mu,with a plant area of more than 30000 square meters.With a total investment of 400 million yuan,the company mainly develops and manufactures carbon fiber composite core wires.

Since its establishment in December 2011,the company has established a strategic cooperative relationship with Shenyang Zhongheng Composite Material Co.,Ltd.,which is invested and controlled by Hengtian Group,a central enterprise.The company is a high-tech enterprise mainly producing carbon fibers and carbon fiber products.It is the largest single-wire carbon fiber production enterprise in China at present.The carbon fiber composite core wire produced by the company has completely independent intellectual property rights.It has obtained the technical quality certification of the relevant state agencies.Strategic cooperation between Wintek Group,the largest wire and cable enterprise in China,and the largest carbon fiber manufacturer in China has formed an annual production capacity of more than 20000 kilometers of carbon fiber composite core wires,and the carbon fibers produced by Wintek Group have been widely used in China's aviation and aerospace fields.

At present,the carbon fiber composite core produced by Shanghai Shenghua Carbon Fiber Cable Co.,Ltd.has been tested and operated in Guizhou,Hunan,Shaanxi and other provincial power grids,as well as the State Grid and the Southern Power Grid.It is expected to form mass production in 2012,striving to reach the production capacity of 20000 kilometers by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan.Through cooperation with central enterprises,the company has patented technology and professionals in research and development,manufacturing and laying of carbon fiber cables.It has also established industry-university-research cooperation with China Carbon Fiber Industry Association,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Electrical Materials and Special Cables of Mechanical Industry,Shanghai Cable Research Institute,Wuhan High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Research Institute,National Electric Power Research Institute and other institutions of higher learning,and has obtained the first batch of orders for cables from two Central Asian countries and the South.
