In order to consolidate the achievements of the Party's mass line education and practice activities in our city,further improve the work style of cadres,comprehensively enhance the ability to serve the masses,and promote the city's economic development,the Municipal Party Committee agreed to take the lead of the Municipal CPPCC to conduct a democratic review of the city's economic development environment from March to August 2015.

On the afternoon of April 22,Deyang City CPPCC Democratic review of the city's economic development environment fourth review group of 7 people came to my company,in the form of research and discussion on the municipal SASAC policy service environment,administrative law enforcement environment,employment and entrepreneurship environment,investment and financing environment,publicity and public opinion environment and other five aspects of the democratic review.

In conference Room 104,Yang Wanjia,chairman and general manager of the company,first introduced the company to the review team.He said the company has been in operation for 45 years,and the journey has been successful and difficult.Last year,the macroeconomic downturn,glass fiber market continued to slump,the development situation is very serious.With the care and support of Sichuan Furun Company and superior departments,the company has determined three institutional reform plans and promoted their implementation through technological innovation,transformation and upgrading,and repeatedly solicitation of opinions from top-down and bottom-up.At present,the reduction of departments,institutions and mid-level cadres has reached 20%,and the work of assigning posts to second-and third-tier personnel is being promoted.In the process of reform,enterprises are still facing multiple difficulties,the old line operating environment is difficult,labor intensity,and these must continue to be achieved through transformation and upgrading,there is no way out without transformation,but it requires strong support from departments at all levels.

When reviewing the work of the municipal SASAC,Yang Wanjia believes that the municipal SASAC has done a good job in five aspects such as policy services,administrative law enforcement,employment and entrepreneurship,investment and financing,and publicity and public opinion,but there are still some deficiencies in specific decision-making.

Chen Shien,deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the company,and some of the central cadres have also made speeches,affirming the achievements of the municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to guide the development of enterprises and service enterprises,and put forward opinions and suggestions to the review group on enterprise development,group work,letter and visit reception,social security expenses and other aspects.

Wu Zhongjin,vice chairman of the CPPCC City,finally pointed out that the administrative departments of the government must not be lazy anymore,and must consciously improve the awareness of responsibility and matching service awareness of cadres.He stressed that it is very difficult to do business today,for the opinions and suggestions put forward at the meeting,we will timely feedback to the municipal SASAC,and report to the relevant departments,strive for relevant policies,optimize the environment for the subsequent development of enterprises,ensure that various policies and measures are implemented,and promote the stable and healthy development of the city's economy.
