On the afternoon of August 13, Zhu Tingjun, Minister of Economic and Technological Department of Sichuan Federation of Trade Unions, and his delegation came to our company to conduct in-depth research on deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, especially the actual impact of the three system reforms on employees.

Accompanied by Chen Shien, executive vice president of the company and chairman of the trade union, the leaders of the provincial and municipal Federation of trade unions visited the new and old production lines respectively, roughly understood the current production situation of the company, and had a discussion.

During the discussion, Chen Shien reported to the leaders of the provincial and municipal Federation of Trade Unions on the implementation of the spirit of deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in the province and the practical difficulties faced by our company, focusing on the next three institutional reforms of employees' wishes and the maintenance of employees' rights and interests.

Zhu Tingjun stressed that in the implementation of enterprise reform, the company must first seriously do the ideological work of the staff, guide the staff to change their ideas, improve their awareness, so that the staff understand the reform and actively participate in the reform. At the same time, trade unions should seriously shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, protect the democratic rights of employees, and prudently treat and seriously solve major problems involving the vital interests of employees in the reform, so as to ensure that the reform of enterprises is smooth and orderly and achieve results.
