On the morning of April 23,the leading group of the Party's mass line education practice activities organized the first stage of the summary meeting.Group teaching activities leading group members,office members,party branch secretaries attended the meeting.The meeting was chaired by Comrade Chen Shien,deputy leader of the group teaching activities leading group.

The meeting first listened to the development of the first stage of the work of the party branches,in the first stage of the work report of the party branches,16 party branches respectively talked about their opinions,overall,there are more or less,some party branches basically did not solicit opinions or the effect is not good,did not reach the first stage of the activity requirements.

Chen Shien first emphasized again that the leadership team should carry out research on the company's development path,"three reforms","three innovations"and"four winds",visit and survey,and collect opinions;Middle-level cadres should mainly focus on the"three regardless"and"four winds"problems,to carry out research at the grassroots level,solicit employee opinions,and sort out feedback.According to statistics,in the democratic evaluation of the early leadership and members'style construction,a total of 34 problems in the"four winds"of the team were sorted out and collected,and the most reflected was"less in-depth at the grassroots level",a total of 72 people put forward 75 problems in development,reform and innovation,of which personnel,distribution and technical issues were the main ones.In the overall evaluation,the proportion of good evaluation of the team reached 47,9%,43.6%,7.7%,poor only one vote;Seven team members evaluated the situation objectively.From the perspective of opinion statistics,the company's leadership sought more opinions,which provided an objective basis for the analysis of problems and rectification work in the next stage,and the first stage of work was more successful.

Chen Shien said that each branch in the first stage of the activities of different degrees of depth,some party branches do better,collected opinions can reflect some substantive issues,but some party branches failed to find useful problems,the effect is not good.The main purpose of the company's party committee to carry out practical activities is to solve the problems of ideology and style of leading cadres,and the party branches must be clear about the focus of work and reflect the substantive significance of the activities.

In response to the problem of poor completion of the first stage of the work of some party branches,Chen Shien put forward:Mid-level cadres should focus on the focus of the work of"three regardless"to find problems,one is to go to the grassroots to ask the"masses to help"to find problems;The second is to"dig themselves",one by one to find the problem;The third is to ask the"leadership point"to ask the leaders in charge to point out problems and give suggestions.After finding the problem and collecting the opinions,the party branch secretary and the head of the second-level unit should summarize and sort out the outstanding problems for the individual and then feedback to the deputy,so that it is possible to write useful analysis materials in the next stage.

In the second stage of the following activities,Chen Shien pointed out that the branch with unsatisfactory results in the first stage should continue to find problems in depth,and the middle-level cadres should write analysis materials for the"four winds"and"three regardless"prominent problems existing in the leadership of the department and myself,and dig deep into the ideological root causes to find out solutions and measures to the problems.Self-evaluation and mutual evaluation at organizational meetings and democratic life meetings.Emphasis should be placed on the thematic democratic life meetings and all supervisory groups should be informed to participate.In the review,the middle master first said the problem of his own team,and then talked about personal problems.
