On the afternoon of November 18,Yang Wanjia,secretary of the Party Committee of the company,presided over a study meeting of the Central group of the Party Committee to convey and interpret the relevant important spirit of the third plenary meeting of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Chen Shien,deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the company,Yang Yuling,Guo Jiong,Jing Tingfu,Jiang Qingyong,Han Dong,Chen Yong,Jiang Xia and the main responsible comrades of the Ministry of Political Work,trade unions,Youth League Committee and the company attended the meeting.

The meeting read out the contents of the communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,focusing on the"Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues on Comprehensively Deepening Reform"and the development ideas of building a unified,open and orderly competitive market system proposed by the plenary session.

Yang Wanjia said:The Third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is another important meeting in the 35 years of China's reform and opening up,we should comprehensively unify our thinking to the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,deeply understand the overall goal of deepening reform,deeply understand the main tasks and major measures in the 15 aspects of comprehensively deepening reform.

At the meeting,the participants discussed and exchanged ideas on improving the property rights protection system mentioned in the decision,actively developing mixed ownership economy,reform of state-owned enterprises,and transformation of government functions,which are directly related to the future development of enterprises.The participants agreed that from the decision,we have seen the determination of the central government to resolutely eliminate the drawbacks of all aspects of the system and mechanism and comprehensively deepen reform.
