Since November 11,Sichuan Three Gorges Certification Co.,Ltd.has conducted a three-day on-site supervision and audit of our company's quality,environment and occupational health and safety management system.After the implementation of effective correction of the unqualified report,and verified by the audit team leader,the audit team gave the final on-site audit conclusion:the company's quality and health system is recommended to maintain the certification registration qualification;Environmental,occupational health and safety management system certification passed.

According to the audit plan,the audit team held the final meeting at 11 a.m.on the 13th in the fourth conference room of the company,the audit team members Li Junqiu,Liu Jinming,CAI Zhili,Zhao Wenhui,the company's leaders Yang Wanjia,Chen Shien,Yang Yuling,Guo Jiong,Chen Yong and the relevant personnel of the three system coverage departments attended the meeting.At the meeting,the members of the audit team respectively briefed the audit situation of the audit departments they were responsible for,focused on the relevant problems found in the audit,and put forward rectification suggestions and improvement directions.The audit team leader Li Junqiu summarized the final results of the audit.

The audit team reviewed a total of 14 departments(on-site),issued 1 unqualified report,and proposed 12 observation items.Among them,a total of 416 items were randomly checked on the company's quality system,3 unqualified facts were found,1 general unqualified report was issued,and 5 observation items were proposed;A total of 710 items were randomly checked on the company's environmental management system,and 9 observation items were proposed;A total of 480 items of the company's occupational health and safety management system were sampled,and 3 observation items were proposed.

The audit team agreed that the company's three systems have established more clear policy objectives and have the ability to achieve policy objectives;The identification of laws and regulations is sufficient and can be better complied with;The company can provide more adequate resources for the maintenance and improvement of the system;The overall production process is in a controlled state,the identification of environmental factors is basically adequate,the evaluation is basically accurate,the hazard sources are identified and evaluated according to the criteria,and the risk cannot be controlled.Carried out internal audit and management review work according to the planned time interval,and was able to take certain measures and correct the problems found in the audit and daily inspection in time.

The audit team affirmed the company's investment in the three system management,and believed that the company's senior management,various departments,workshops and molecular companies attach great importance to system management and have a strong sense of continuous improvement.At the same time,the audit team also put forward targeted opinions and suggestions on the aspects of the company's three system work that need to be improved,hoping that the three system covering departments will continue to strengthen the learning and understanding of the standards,develop a more feasible and effective management plan,strengthen the transfer of personnel and safety technology disclosure,and further improve the supplier reevaluation work and design and development.

At the meeting,the company's three system management representative Yang Yuling on behalf of the company to the three Gorges certification company audit team for three days of hard work expressed thanks,and the audit team audit found in the problems were explained again,asking the units in the next step,in accordance with the audit team's problems and opinions seriously implement the rectification,especially unqualified items and observation items,It is necessary to continue to strengthen the training and learning of system related knowledge,and the understanding of system standards should be deep,transparent and accurate,so as to ensure the effective operation of the system while constantly improving the work.

Yang Wanjia,the top manager of the company,pointed out in the final summary speech that the unqualified reports of the audit seem to be few,but there are still many work that need to be improved,which also reflects some weak links in our management work.Yang general requirements,next year,industrial fabric factories,special fiber factories will fully cover the three systems,from now on all relevant units to pay close attention to system construction and standard implementation.In view of the unqualified reports and observations in the audit,the relevant units should further understand the implementation of rectification,draw lessons from one example,continue to improve the management of the three systems,and ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
