At 8:30 in the morning of September 29,the founding meeting of the Party branch of special fiber was held in the conference room on the second floor of special fiber Factory.Chen Shien,deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Group company,Huang Haiquan,Minister of Political Work and Zheng Yongkai,were invited to attend the founding meeting.The conference was chaired by Jiang Qingyong,vice president of the Group company,director of the special fiber Factory and secretary of the special fiber Party branch,and 26 party members of the special fiber factory(including 3 reserve party members)attended the meeting.

The General Assembly elected four branch committees by secret ballot:Discipline inspection Committee,Publicity Committee,Youth Committee and mass Work Committee.Set up administrative cost department,engineering Department,kiln department,quality control products department 4 party groups.

Jiang Qingyong,secretary of the special fiber Party branch,clarified the future work plan of the branch at the establishment meeting:actively carry out work under the leadership of the Party committee of the Group company,set an example,and play a good vanguard role;At the same time of self-construction,actively discover and train new comrades.He also pointed out the shortcomings of the current branch's work,such as the poor performance of party members on hard work and training techniques,the lack of vigour,and the lack of exemplary vanguard role.

Chen Shien,deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Group company,while congratulating the establishment of the branch,proposed that the main responsibility of the branch is to play a political core role and play a role in ensuring supervision,which is to do a good job in the production and construction of the special fiber factory center and strive to reach the advanced level of the same industry.At the same time to control the cost of the establishment of various rules and regulations,cultivate the good habit of voluntary,to drive the common progress of the surrounding people.He also put forward suggestions and requirements on the specific work of the branch committee.

Minister of Political Work Huang Haiquan made a speech at the meeting on what party members should do and how to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations.He stressed that the party branch should actively organize party members to carry out criticism and self-criticism,communicate with each other,promote each other,and do a good job.
