According to the work plan,the work of female workers this year will be mainly carried out from four aspects:1.We will actively carry out activities for the achievements of female employees.By mobilizing female employees to actively participate in the company's rationalization proposals,technological innovation activities,"quarterly evaluation of the 100 best"labor competition,the twenty-third thousand employees technical competition,and constantly improve the level of female employees.2.Improve the quality of female workers,and do a good job in the organization of female workers in trade unions.With the activities of"Building learning organizations,striving for knowledge workers"as the carrier,the training,discussion and exchange activities of policy theory,scientific knowledge and work of female staff cadres are carried out.Actively organize female workers to participate in the annual"workers'home"construction activities carried out by the trade union.3.Care for and care for female workers and promote the harmonious development of enterprises.Continue to do a good job of female workers serious illness mutual insurance activities;Organize female workers to participate in the"New Year's Day,Spring Festival"to send warmth,"golden autumn education"and other activities carried out by the company's trade union;Do a good job in the promotion of the members of the union staff difficulties mutual aid Association,strive for more female workers to join the mutual aid association,achieve the purpose of mutual help of the Sichuan fiber family,and promote the healthy and harmonious development of the enterprise.4.Organize female employees to participate in the construction of corporate culture.To carry out the"Five good civilized family"selection and commendation activities,this year will actively lead the company's female employees to participate in the activities organized by the company:mainly including January Luojiang County reunion;In February,the company's dragon dance team staged Lantern Festival in Luojiang County;In March to celebrate the"third and eighth"Women's Day series activities;The 7th Staff table Tennis Competition in April;The 7th Staff Badminton Competition in May;The 12th Staff calligraphy and painting Exhibition in July;October 24th staff basketball league.
