In order to further guide all employees to actively participate in quality management,everyone pays attention to product quality,avoids or reduces quality loss to the maximum extent,and reduces quality cost,the company has revised and improved the"Quality Incentive Measures",mainly adjusting the reward amount according to the influence degree of defects.Since its implementation on August 26,2012,what has been done in each production workshop around this institutional reform?What is the actual quality situation in the past month?To this end,we have made some understanding.

After the modification of the quality incentive method,the rewards and punishments have been increased,which has improved the quality awareness of employees from the vital interests,and also caused some psychological pressure,but in the overall market environment and the difficulties of the company's internal production and operation,it has been understood and cooperated with most employees.

The drawing workshop is the source department of the production of glass fiber cloth,because the equipment,process,technology and other operating modes are basically fixed,the quality fluctuation is not changed much,and there is no obvious measure to fundamentally improve the quality of yarn.Workshop director Tian Min said that the original intention of the company to establish the"quality incentive Measures"workshop expressed understanding and approval,only in strict accordance with the requirements to implement,strengthen training and publicity at all levels,as far as possible to reduce the loss of energy consumption and economic losses caused by quality reasons.

When it comes to whether to strengthen quality management because of the improvement of quality rewards and punishments,Yang Shiping,director of the weaving workshop,does not agree with this view.She said that the workshop has been strictly in accordance with the quality inspection standards to assess,will not change with other system changes.Workshop fabric inspector is also relatively responsible,almost no missed inspection.At present,the civilized production management is being strengthened,every day the workshop should carry out machine hygiene and clean hands inspection,and be announced in the announcement column,and all the evaluation sections and individuals have increased the proportion of civilized production projects,by correcting personal habits,from the side to improve product quality.Recently,weaving workshop is carrying out special training on shuttle operation and maintenance,with classified and systematic explanation to improve the basic theoretical knowledge of employees and standardize operation,hoping to use the effective time of limited production to fundamentally improve the overall technical level of employees and be fully prepared for the full resumption of production.

The new material workshop set up two area quality officers for quality supervision,changed some quality management methods,more clearly assessed to the individual,fine to every meter,and asked the mechanic to change the concept,reduce the operation of broken cars and problem equipment.Recently,the focus on the flatness of the cloth surface was checked,and the guard should deal with the problem in time or inform the mechanic to adjust.Workshop leaders have held quality symposiums for many times to discuss and deal with recent quality complaints.According to the quality officer,environmental conditions,equipment,warp and other issues also affect the quality level of the entire workshop,but also hope that all parties to strengthen supervision,coordination and cooperation,it is possible to control the quality and catch up.

According to the relevant person in charge of several traditional production workshops,the quality problems of the related processes such as yarn dropping,warping,thread density,warp wool,debris flying into,single oil,cloth flatness,lines and cloth oil are more obvious in the near stage.It is hoped that the production department will continue to do a good job in the supervision of all aspects.Reduce the quality loss caused by operational errors,weak sense of responsibility and work attitude problems,control defects from the source,and maximize production efficiency and economic benefits.
