Yesterday (July 26) at 8 o'clock, the company's GB/T19001, GB/T24001, GB/T28001 three integrated system document release and trial operation mobilization meeting was held in the fourth conference room.

Company leaders Yang Wanjia, Chen Shien, Guo Jiong, Jiang Qingyong, Han Dong, Chen Yong, senior consultant Luo Yunqi of Sichuan Quality Consultancy Service Company, and all middle managers and internal auditors attended the meeting. The mobilization meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Yang Yuling.

The conference has seven items on the agenda. The first is to summarize the work of the previous stage of the integration of the three systems by the representative of the manager. Second, read out the integration of the three documents issued order by top management. The third is that the top management announces the appointment letter of the representative of the management. The fourth is the top management to announce the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety policies and their connotations, goals and indicators. Fifth, the top management announces the responsibilities and authorities of the company's senior management in the integration of the three systems. The sixth is to deploy the work of the next phase of the integration of the three systems. Seventh, the representatives of the three integrated coverage departments gave a speech.

Yang Wanjia, the top manager, gave a presentation on the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety policies and their connotations, goals and indicators at the meeting. The company's quality policy is: quality leadership, customer first, technological innovation, and global reputation. The quality target index includes five aspects: First, the coincidence rate of the original wire density spot check is ≥97%, and strive to reach 98% within three years. The second is the compliance rate of random inspection of glass fiber commercial yarns, warps and wefts ≥99%; the third is the qualification rate of alkali-free glass fiber cloths ≥98.5%; strive to reach 99% within three years; the fourth is the accuracy rate of ex-factory product judgments to reach 99.9%; Is customer satisfaction ≥85%. Environmental and occupational health and safety policies are: people-oriented, combination of prevention and treatment, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development. Environmental target indicators include two aspects: First, industrial wastewater discharge (COD) is less than or equal to 100 or zero discharge (recycling of treated wastewater). Second, the recovery rate of industrial solid waste reaches 100%. Occupational health and safety target indicators include three aspects: First, there are zero fatalities. The second is to control minor injuries below 0.3%. Third, the noise at the production site will reach below 90 decibels within 5 years.

The top manager Yang Wanjia appointed Comrade Yang Yuling as the representative of the manager.

Senior Consultant Yun Luo made specific plans for its next phase of integration of the three work. Director of the Standards Implementation Office, Quality Manager Long Shaoying, Deputy Production Manager Zheng Yaqin, and Technical Department Manager Kang Ming, and other system coverage department heads made a statement that they will do their best to implement various standards and strive to achieve the three-integration certification as soon as possible.
