Sichuan Fiberglass is a third-tier enterprise that was partially relocated from Shanghai Yaohua during the Cultural Revolution. These four decades of experience have been marked by my country's economic development, especially the development of enterprises, and it can be used as a typical epitome of a class of Chinese enterprises. Some people comment that China has no enterprises or entrepreneurs, and that the average life span of Chinese enterprises is only three to five years. Why is Sichuan Fiberglass, a "four-not-like" enterprise that has gone through all kinds of hardships, while maintaining a good operating performance for 40 years, it is still full of vitality? I have always been confused, and always want to give an answer.

Someone said: "She is in a good position." But she was located next to a small town. When it was built, it was a graveyard. From nurseries, kindergartens, elementary schools, middle schools, hospitals to sheds, she had to deal with it on her own, except that there was no crematorium. The raw materials have to be transported in from thousands of kilometers away, and the products have to pass through the mountains and ridges, rivers and seas from this small town, and pass thousands of miles before reaching the customers.

Someone said: "This company is in a good industry." However, this industry is a high-input, low-output, labor-intensive industry, and the industry environment is very difficult. It is an industry that the country gave up earlier. It is a small industry that is completely market-oriented and has cruel and fierce competition. It is in the country’s major policies.
