The theme of the company fully mobilized the enthusiasm of employees to participate, motivated employees to fight high temperatures to achieve high production, and effectively promoted the technical training of employees. Participating units in this competition are: wire drawing workshop, merging workshop, first weaving workshop, second weaving workshop, new material workshop, Tianfu company, power company, composite material factory, Wanbang labor service company. The participating varieties are the main varieties of each process. The technical trade competitions carried out are electrician, wire drawing maintenance worker, retiring maintenance worker, weaving assembly fitter and rejuvenation dipping. The total number of participants is 1,247. After the preliminary rounds, semi-finals, and finals of various varieties (work types), a total of 105 winners were determined. The company awarded the 26 comrades who won the first place in the variety the title of "Operational Skills 2009".
