Recently, the company invited an expert group from Shenzhen Sizuo Fanglue Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to the special fiber factory system to investigate on-site management, production management, safety management, equipment management, system management and other enterprise operations.

On August 10, the expert team came to the special fiber factory again and conducted on-site analysis and training to some of the company's managers on the survey results and the implementation of lean management projects. At the meeting, the expert group first briefly explained the company's current strengths and deficiencies based on the previous investigations, and put forward specific directions for improvement. In the training for the implementation of lean management projects, the expert team divided the project into five sub-projects: on-site safety management standardization, employee growth and team building, equipment independent maintenance, equipment professional inspection, and lean production improvement, and they were systematically interpreted at the same time. In his speech, General Manager Han Dong pointed out that through this study, everyone must change their minds and stop complaining about the bad external market. Instead, they must stimulate the endogenous motivation of the enterprise through internal management. He emphasized that for the survival of the company and for the sake of our own jobs, we must immediately correct the "almost" thinking, change the "sloppy" attitude, and get rid of the four concepts, that is, the product can be used only if the product is required, and the quality is degraded if it is not good. If the price is cut, the product will not sell well, then intercede with each other and blame the customer for being too picky. At the same time, we must deeply learn from the lesson and work hard. If we lose our customers, we lose our corporate reputation, and ultimately we lose everyone's jobs.

President Han finally requested that everyone must establish the awareness of the "three outlooks". One is the concept of action, that is, doing well once, doing well every time, there is no best, only better; the second is the customer perspective, that is, there is no way to do it. Picky products create value for customers; the third is the concept of quality, that is, there are orders for quality, and jobs for orders.

In the next step, the company will collect opinions and suggestions extensively and formulate the implementation plan of the lean management project as soon as possible. The pilot program will be launched in the special fiber factory in early September and will be gradually promoted to the entire group.
